The objective of our On-boarding program is to accelerate and intensify a new employee’s performance in the job and the company – with a focus on the first 100 days. Experience has shown us that a targeted on-boarding process may accelerate and strengthen a new employee’s performance significantly. A side benefit is that the uncertainty often associated with the first period in a new employment, is reduced significantly. We raise the bar, defines the objectives of the first 100 days and make completely focus on the elements that can ensure the employee a fast and powerful “breakthrough” in the job. We support the new employee through targeted coaching and sparring with a focus on the employee’s ability to set direction, execute and create a well-functioning cooperative.
