Leadership development can focus on the management team or the individual leaders. The starting point for the development process is an individual and group-based assesment based on best practise analytical tools. This compares with the current challenges and issues in the organization, thereby creating a basis for working both with business and leadership development.
We identify focus areas and facilitate a training course of 6-12 months, which through “Action Learning” work in parallel with leadership development and realization of strategic objectives.
